Two-bedroom apartment carpet cleaning up in the hills for a new client. Had a few pet stains in each room. Was a little surprised when the management company says to “just get it done”. Commonly they tend to want the cheapest route to get it done. Unfortunately for this one when dealing with pet urine it’s not wise to take the “cheap” route. Proper chemistry is needed to clean and restore carpets.
